We work regularly with discharge teams, social workers, community nurses, GPs and occupational therapists across across the UK and across the UK. If you are a professional arranging urgent care for a patient or client, we understand the time pressures involved and respond accordingly.

We accept same-day referrals and can confirm capacity and a start time within 2 hours of your call

We accept referrals from Essex County Council and independent care managers and can complete care plan documentation rapidly

We liaise with OT teams on equipment needs and safe home adaptations as part of a discharge or urgent care package
CQC Registered — Safe, Accountable Care
Surely Yours Healthcare Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care services across the UK, including emergency and rapid-response home care. All carers are enhanced DBS checked, trained and supervised. Our Registered Manager is Mrs Theodora Machingura.
