Our Night Care Workers provide overnight support to clients who need assistance or reassurance during the night. Whether providing hands‑on personal care or simply being present for safety and peace of mind, your role is vital to ensuring our clients sleep safely and comfortably.

We take training seriously — because the people we care for deserve nothing less than fully prepared, confident and competent carers. Whether you are brand new to care or have years of experience, you will receive structured support from your very first day.
All new carers complete a comprehensive induction covering: safeguarding adults, moving and handling, infection control, medication awareness, dementia awareness, fire safety, first aid awareness and person‑centred care values.
Before visiting clients independently, new carers complete a series of supervised shadow visits alongside an experienced team member.
We support all carers with continuing professional development, including refresher training, specialist condition training (such as dementia and Parkinson's disease) and opportunities to work towards formal qualifications such as the Care Certificate and NVQ / RQF Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
All carers receive regular one‑to‑one supervision meetings, annual appraisals and spot checks to ensure you are well supported and your development is on track.
