We provide home care services across the UK. Contact us with your postcode and we will confirm coverage in your area.
Yes. Surely Yours Healthcare Ltd is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our Registered Manager is Mrs Theodora Machingura. You can view our CQC profile at any time.
In many cases, care can begin within 24–48 hours. For genuine emergencies such as hospital discharge, we can often arrange same-day care. Please call us on 07883 247965 for urgent enquiries.
A senior member of our care team visits your loved one at home for a relaxed, unhurried conversation lasting 45–60 minutes. We assess care needs, understand preferences and discuss goals. There is no obligation to proceed.
Yes — every carer undergoes an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check before they begin working with us. All carers are also fully trained, insured and regularly supervised.
Yes — consistency of carer is a fundamental principle of our service. We allocate the same carer to every visit wherever possible, so your loved one builds a genuine, trusted relationship.
Yes. Our live-in care service provides a dedicated carer who lives in your loved one’s home, offering round-the-clock support whilst enabling them to remain in familiar surroundings.
We provide specialist dementia care at home, delivered by carers who have received dedicated dementia training. Our approach is person-centred, compassionate and built around your loved one’s life history and preferences.
No. We do not lock families into long-term contracts. Our care packages are flexible — you can increase, reduce or pause care as your loved one’s needs change.
We do not display pricing on our website because every care package is different. Costs are discussed transparently during the initial call and free assessment. There are never hidden charges.
In some circumstances, yes. NHS Continuing Healthcare funding and local authority funding may be available depending on your loved one’s needs. We are happy to advise during the assessment.
We take feedback extremely seriously. If you have any concern, please speak with your key contact at Surely Yours Healthcare. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action. You can also raise concerns directly with the CQC.
