Before any support begins, a member of our team carries out a free home assessment to understand your loved one's needs, preferences and daily routine. From that point, every visit is guided by a care plan that is personal to them — and reviewed regularly as their needs change.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and support adults of all ages, including older adults, those under 65 with disabilities, people living with dementia and individuals with complex health conditions. You arrange and pay for care directly. We will provide a full breakdown of costs following a free assessment.
Direct Payments
If your local authority has assessed your loved one as eligible, they may provide a direct payment to purchase care.
Local Authority Funding
Following a care needs assessment by Essex County Council, your loved one may qualify for funded support.
NHS Continuing Healthcare
For those with a primary health need, fully funded care may be available through the NHS. Eligibility is assessed by the NHS.
